Good advice. I wonder if the OP has called anyone. Someone has to.

I'm always impressed with DOM. I live across the street from the former head of T & D for Dominion. We lost power for 8 days, and we had to get in line with everyone. No favors for anyone. He was mostly at work keeping power up to Tidewater, as they were down to just a single line connecting RVA and Tidewater. If you know anything about the power grid, you now that's not good.
